Developing country participants should contact registration desk for the waived registration fee after online registration process.
(Login information was sent on September 1 to participants who completed the payment until August 31.)

Registration fee includes the below
- Admission to all scientific sessions.
- Book of Abstracts (PDF version)
*To qualify early bird registration fee, payment should be done by June 30, 2021.
Payment
Payment in advance is required to enter ACSAC10 virtual meeting room. Login ID and password for the room will be provided to participants only who had paid registration fee.
Payment must be in Japanese yen.

・Presenter's Registration (accepted in 2020): April 23, 2021
・Presenter's Registration (accepted in 2021): June 23, 2021
*Each presenter is required to complete payment by the deadline above for inclusion his/her presentation into ACSAC10 program.
・Early-Bird Fee Payment: June 30, 2021
*To Qualify early-bird fee, payment should be done by the deadline.
・Regular Fee Payment: September 5, 2021.
*Bank transfer payment for Japanese participants is available until the end of August.
*Login information for virtual presentation room will be sent to paid participants only.

Charge will be shown on your statement as “ACSAC 10” or “ｱｼﾞｱｻｸﾓﾂｶﾞｸｶｲｷ”
2. Bank Transfer (Available for participants in Japan only.)
Payment Receipt
Payment receipt will be issued at MYPAGE in pdf format.
Please be sure to receive it by September 30, 2021. (After then, you cannot login MYPAGE.)
Cancellation and Refunds
In case of cancellation, written notification should be sent directly to the registration desk to avoid any problems. acsac10@or.knt.co.jp
